Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Elena, your instructor, with years of experience in dancing and teaching. I believe strength and flexibility should be built through a safe, supportive, and sustainable approach, not by forcing your body into pain. In this class, we work with the body, not against it. I encourage you to listen to yourself, move with awareness, and give your body what it needs that day. If it asks you to slow down or take it easier, that’s completely okay. Real progress comes from consistency, patience, and learning to trust your body through the process.
