Hi, I'm Elena, your Frame Up instructor with years of experience in dancing and teaching. I believe dance should bring joy and make you feel heard, like you’re telling a story through your movement. But for that expression to feel fluid you need a strong technical foundation. That’s what I focus on. I help dancers build strength, control, and confidence so floorwork feels natural, enjoyable, and not stressful. In this course I will guide you step by step to better understand floorwork technique and foundations, trust your movement, and grow through consistent practice and repetition.
